Refund Policy

Teerthank Sewa Foundation deeply value all contributions to sustain our mission. However, in the event of cancelling your donation, we follow a reliable refund policy, ensuring you, our donor has a hassle-free experience. We take utmost care about processing donations as per the mandates signed by our donors in the donor forms, both offline and online. In case of an unlikely event of an erroneous deduction or if the donor wants to cancel/deduct the donation, Teerthank Sewa Foundation will start the refund process as soon as the request is received and the amount will reflect in donors account  within 7 working days in original payment method .

Kindly note, the timely refund of the wrongly deduced amount will depend on the type of card used during the transaction. Teerthank Sewa Foundation will require proof of the donation amount deducted, along with written communication for refund from the donor within two days after donation has been made.

If the tax exemption certificate has already been issued, a refund of the donation amount will not be applicable. In other cases, the donation amount will be refunded after the deducting the donation processing charges, as per the payment gateway service charges.
